These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Secure-It website and the services provided by Secure-It (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website, booking a service, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.


1. About Secure-It


Secure-It provides professional vehicle security installation services and hands-on installer training courses. Services may be delivered at our business premises, at a customer’s chosen location, or nationwide depending on the service booked.


2. Services Provided


We offer, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Vehicle security installations (immobilisers, trackers, alarms, cameras, lighting, accessories)

  • Group training courses

  • One-to-one private training

  • Optional tool bag add-ons and equipment

All services are subject to availability.


3. Training Courses


3.1 Course Nature


All training courses are practical, hands-on training sessions delivered on real vehicles. Courses are designed to provide guidance and experience but do not guarantee competency, employment, certification, or future earnings.


3.2 Certificates


Where stated, a Certificate of Completion may be issued confirming attendance and completion of training.
This certificate:

  • Is not accredited

  • Is not an industry-recognised qualification

  • Does not certify professional competency

4. Bookings and Payments


4.1 Booking Confirmation


A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed and confirmation issued.


4.2 Pricing


All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.


4.3 Payment Methods


Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, Klarna or other supported providers. Secure-It does not store payment card details.


5. Cancellations and Refunds


5.1 Training Courses

  • Course bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Secure-It.

  • Date changes may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability.

  • Failure to attend a booked course will result in loss of fees paid.

5.2 Installation Services

​

  • Installation bookings cancelled with reasonable notice may be rescheduled.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.

6. One-to-One Training (Premium Service)


One-to-one training involves on-site guidance during a real installation. The customer remains responsible for:

  • Vehicle condition

  • Customer agreements

  • Legal compliance of installations

Secure-It provides guidance only and does not assume responsibility for customer business operations or outcomes.


7. Tool Bag Add-Ons


Tool bag add-ons are optional purchases. Contents, pricing and availability may vary. Once supplied, tool bags are non-refundable unless faulty.


8. Customer Responsibilities


Customers must:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Ensure vehicles are suitable for installation or training

  • Follow all safety instructions during training

  • Notify Secure-It of any known vehicle issues

Secure-It reserves the right to refuse service if safety or suitability concerns arise.


9. Liability and Disclaimer


9.1 General Disclaimer


All services are provided with reasonable care and skill. However:

  • Secure-It is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle faults

  • No guarantee is made regarding future business success or skill level

  • Training does not replace professional qualifications or insurance

9.2 Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure-It shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of earnings or business

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damage caused by misuse or third-party interference

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


10. Intellectual Property


All website content, course materials, branding and documentation remain the intellectual property of Secure-It. Content may not be copied, distributed or reused without written permission.


11. Privacy and Data Protection


Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to deliver services and comply with legal obligations.


12. Changes to Services or Terms


Secure-It reserves the right to:

  • Modify services

  • Update pricing

  • Amend these Terms at any time

13. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
